Already rail-served, the Craighead Technology Park features a 9.6-acre rail storage yard designed to support existing industry and future industrial growth. The facility can accommodate up to 120 rail cars across three separate spurs and is located along the city-owned short line serving the park. The rail line provides connectivity for major industrial users including Nestlé, Frito-Lay, Delta Peanut, and TrinityRail Maintenance Services.
