Site B is located on the north side of the Craighead Technology Park near 4-lane Arkansas Highway 18 and 3.7 miles from Interstate 555. This site is shovel-ready and has all major utilities and rail already on-site including electric, 24" wastewater line, 4" natural gas line, and a 12" water line.
